• Implementing Systems
  Practical, tried and tested systems are implemented to manage your banking, petty cash, debtors, creditors, patient flow, stock, etc. Easy quality controls are put in place.
• On-site staff training
  Regular short (1 hour) on-site training sessions are offered to enhance the level of customer care, selling skills and administration management in your practice. When it’s geographically not possible, we use the online training program with the support of the practice manager to get the same results.
• Ongoing Telephone Support
  Once a Vangon customer – always a customer. We pride ourselves in giving FREE telephone support to anybody who has dealt with us in the past. This relationship will last until you decide it’s over!

Weekend Seminars & One-day Workshops

The importance of a Weekend Seminar away from the working environment cannot be underestimated. This is the best way to introduce a new strategy, a new Company Image or to motivate your staff in order to increase productivity & Sales.

It is not always possible to arrange a Weekend Seminar in order to get all staff together. An on-site (or away) one-day Seminar can replace this. Employees get together in a relaxed manner for the implementation of new ideas or the further development of existing skills and systems.

Should you wish all your employees to receive the same training, duplicate sessions can be arranged on two consecutive days when half of your employees would attend on the first day and the other half on the second day.
